Dr. Jörg Stimmer, Managing Director Jörg Stimmer (Dipl.-Phys., Dr. rer. nat. TU Munich) has for several years been responsible for Global Sourcing projects from the supplier side, as well as from the customer side. These include Siemens, Telesense and Bertelsmann Financial Services. In recent years, he served as Vice President for Central Europe of Tech Mahindra. Jörg is the Founder and Director of the "European Outsourcing Association Germany e.V.".

Adrian Quayle – General Manager UK

Adrian Quayle, General Manager UK Adrian Quayle (BSc, University of Manchester) has extensive experience in sourcing consulting working with a wide range of end user customers and their service providers across EMEA and globally. Adrian is also a Board Member of the UK National Outsourcing Association, the outsourcing industry representative on the committee which developed BS 11000 Collaborative Business Relationships and is Chair of the ISO Technical Committee developing the International Standard on Outsourcing (TC/259). Previously as Vice-President Gartner Consulting, Strategic Sourcing EMEA, he carried out a wide range of assignments assisting clients in structuring and assessing their outsourcing deals across many industry sectors, including those using global sourcing / delivery models. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Member of the UK Institute of Management and the Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET).

Andreas Kindt - Business Advisor

Andreas Kindt holds a degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Technical University Berlin and has more than 25 years of experience in the ICT industry. He started his career at Nixdorf Computer AG as product manager, moved to Detecon as project manager as well as unit head and later on to T-Systems Nova as managing director for the Software Business unit. He was member of the board at T-Online International AG (CTO, CIO) and then CIO of Deutsche Telekom T-Home. His last assignment was CEO of Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH. Andreas Kindt cooperates closely with enterprises on their transformation towards a full digital enabled value chain and product portfolio in focus areas such as Sourcing / Partnering / Value Networks, Product Creation / Digital Enabled Services, Customer Insight / Retention and Loyalty Management. In addition he acts as Business Angel and Advisor for a couple of startups and young ventures.

Hartmut Jaeger - Strategic Sourcing Advisory

Hartmut Jaeger has more than 30 years of international experience in consulting, operational IT management and global account management. He provides expertise in global sourcing, service strategy and concepts, and his background includes contract negotiations, transparency assessments, service provider management and strategic leadership. He is working especially on all aspects of the relationship between clients and service providers. Hartmut Jaeger has been working for a number of Sourcing Advisories like PA Consulting and TPI (today ISG). Prior to that he worked at Sun Microsystems as a Global Corporate Account Manager for Deutsche Bank and built the financial industry practice at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Most of his career, Hartmut Jaeger worked at Deutsche Bank as Vice President for Trading Room Operations and Investment Banking Research Operations. At pliXos Hartmut Jaeger developed the service model “Sourcing Advisory as a Service (SAaaS®)“ and is responsible for Strategic Sourcing Advisory. Hartmut Jaeger holds an engineering degree in mathematics and computer science from TH Darmstadt.
