It is getting serious about outsourcing productivity! (in German)
On 10.08.2010 a kick-off meeting will take place in Munch to establish a working group on "Benchmarking of IT services" under the umbrella of the European Outsourcing Association Germany e.V. The objective of this group is to develop models and procedures for evaluating the performance of IT services, especially targeting at software services.
